Week 3 Status Update

Sunday:  3.5mi
Tuesday:  3mi
Thursday:  4mi  (New Year's)

Total:  10.5mi

I'm trying to stick with four days of easy running a week for now, but took a few days off after the race because it really did a number on my legs.  Still not quite 100%...
